Mobility and Pain Management Classes

Mobility refers to the way your joints, tendons, ligaments, appendages and body moves in space. More specifically, your ability to move your body and limbs freely, easily and painlessly through your desired movement.

Small group mobility class is an affordable, fun way for you to take advantage of the trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while reducing pain, increasing range of motion, learning, moving, and getting more mobile. With a small group limited to 4-5 participants, it will be fun, but still small enough to retain a high-quality experience, allowing the mobility trainer to provide the proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment while getting full custom guidance, supervision, and instruction.
